Ranch-ish dip

Everyone loves ranch dressing. And it's completely normal to slather in on everything from veggies to pizza. But actual ranch dressing isn't healthy at all, so I made this version of it. I also roasted some broccoli to dip.

Ingredients:
-1 package silken tofu 12 oz. 
-Juice of 2 small limes
-Chives (green onions)
-Black pepper
-Creole seasoning


1. Strain tofu through a cheesecloth. 
2. Add in all ingredients, season to taste.  
3. Blend. 

Get it in your mouth!
