Banana pudding breakfast

I've been so crazy busy with school, work, and studying that I haven't been eating anything that excites me, mainly because I haven't been cooking. And a few days this week, I'll be having to wake up at 5AM, do pet duties (while I'm taking care of a parrot, cat, and dog), get to work, and after work have classes from 4PM-10PM. And if I don't eat good food in between, I turn into a cranky bitch, who can't focus in class. So the vegan must be fed.

Ingredients:
-2 packages Mori-Nu silken tofu (excess water drained)
-2 large ripe bananas
-2 packs stevia
-2 tablespoons chia seeds
-2 tablespoons coconut flakes
-2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds

1. Combine chia seeds, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes and place in bottom of jar as a "crust" base.
2. Blend silken tofu, bananas, and stevia together till smooth.
3. Layer pudding on top of seed mix. Put in fridge till chill or overnight.

Enjoy it in your mouth!
